Marti Jimenez, Founder and Managing Partner of Noveza has led the creation, capital structuring, and management of four companies in ecotourism, hospital, and assisted living sectors. Previously, Jiménez worked at Mesoamerica Investments in Central America, Bain & Company in Colombia and Ramius Capital Group in New York. He has served on several boards of directors, including that of the Organization for Tropical Studies, and INCAE Business School, and at a cabinet-level board in the public sector. Jimenez serves as an Investment Committee member for EcoEnterprises Partners II, LP and EcoEnterprises Partners III, LP. He has an industrial engineering degree from the University of Costa Rica and an MBA from Harvard University. He is a Fellow of the Central America Leadership Initiative and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
